30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Products should be at least half full to be eligible for a return.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to Start a Return

Email support@akarei.co.uk with:

  • Subject line: Return Request – [Your Order Number]

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Any supporting photos if applicable

Our team will reply within 1–2 working days with instructions and your return address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Items bought from unauthorised sellers or third parties

  • Free gifts or promotional items

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered by Akarei if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
For other reasons (e.g. changed your mind), customers are responsible for return postage.
